Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? We’re looking for a hands-on Oracle HCM Lead who thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined, scalable, people-first solutions – helping transform how the business operates with the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering end-to-end functional and technical Oracle HCM solutions across multiple business units.
- Integrating Oracle HCM with enterprise systems for seamless data flow and cross-functional performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Customise reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Extracts.
- Perform data migration, validation, and conversion activities using HDL and HSDL.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across full project lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – configuration, workflows, security, integrations.
- Strong command of HCM technical tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with multiple HCM modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
