Overview

At OMD EMEA, we partner with leading global brands like Beiersdorf to deliver innovative, data‑driven media strategies across Europe. As part of our central planning team, you will play a critical role shaping how healthcare and skincare brands connect with audiences, driving measurable impact at both regional and local levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional media planning for Beiersdorf’s Dermatological and Healthcare portfolio, overseeing strategy development and execution across European markets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Planning Directors, driving high performance, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Develop integrated, data‑led strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels (including CTV, BVOD, and AI‑enabled solutions), ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Build trusted relationships as a senior client partner, provide strategic guidance, and translate market insights into impactful planning recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign performance, define success metrics, lead optimisation and post‑campaign analysis, and champion innovation through evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, local markets, and external partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

  • Experienced media leader with a strong track record in integrated strategy, team leadership, and multinational client management.
  • Deep channel expertise and analytical thinking.
  • Passion for innovation and developing people.

Working Pattern & Flexible Working

Our working pattern requires presence in the office three days a week at our London offices, with the remaining days available to work remotely. We offer a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days remotely). Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30.
