  • Lead and deliver the site‑wide QHSE strategy aligned with global standards
  • Drive a strong safety culture across teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure the campus remains audit‑ready at all times (internal & external audits)
  • Oversee and continuously improve Integrated Management Systems
  • Manage risk, compliance, and assurance programmes, including ISO standards
  • Lead incident investigations, identifying trends and driving improvements
  • Support business continuity and crisis management planning
  • Deliver engaging training and development programmes for site teams
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client representatives
  • Provide detailed reporting on QHSE performance, risks, and initiatives

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Strong career progression within a rapidly growing sector
  • Partner with a prestigious, forward‑thinking client
  • Influence strategy, culture, and operational excellence at scale

What My client is Looking For

  • Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within critical environments (Data Centres, FM, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
  • Experience managing integrated management systems and audits
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and solutions‑focused mindset
