The Role
This is a transversal, strategic position — you won’t run day‑to‑day plant operations, but you’ll shape how we run them. Working across Operations, Asset Management, and O&M, you’ll define the standards, frameworks, and initiatives that improve performance, reduce cost, and scale our operational model across Europe.
What You’ll Own
- Contract optimization – Lead O&M, LTSA, security, and SCADA contract governance; drive contractor consolidation and European‑level RFPs
- Asset performance – Oversee portfolio‑wide monitoring, identify underperformance trends, and coordinate corrective actions with O&M and E&C teams
- Engineering integration – Translate operational lessons learned into design standards, component selection, and EPC guidelines for new projects
- Opex efficiency – Benchmark cost structures, evaluate upgrades, and define standard assumptions for new investments
- Standardization – Build and roll out company‑wide operational processes, digital tools, and best practices across countries
- Safety & compliance – Enforce HSE standards and ensure consistent regulatory compliance across all sites
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical background in renewable energy operations (solar/BESS) or industrial O&M
- Experience with OEM contracts, LTSA, SCADA/communications, or security systems
- Proven track record in process improvement, cost optimization, and contractor management
- Analytical, structured thinker with solid stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating cross‑functionally in a matrix, international environment
