Head of Revenue & Billing

Equifind is exclusively partnering with a private equity-backed, high-growth technology business looking for an experienced Head of Revenue & Billing. This role will play a critical part in scaling revenue operations, enhancing systems, and driving best-in-class processes across a global platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations & Reporting

• Lead the global month-end revenue close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple revenue streams
• Oversee accrued and unbilled revenue, driving improvements to optimise working capital
• Deliver timely revenue reporting and insights to support business decision-making
• Establish and maintain consistent global pricing and rate governance frameworks

Systems, Transformation & Automation

• Drive ongoing ERP optimisation to enhance revenue recognition and reporting processes
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the quote-to-cash cycle
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Redesign processes to support scalability and operational excellence

Audit & Compliance

• Lead revenue-related activity across group and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS 15) across all jurisdictions
• Maintain robust controls and documentation to support a growing international footprint

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop a high-performing revenue and billing team
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align and improve quote-to-cash processes
• Influence stakeholders across regions, driving consistency and best practice in a matrix environment
