Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Blackfriars, London (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

We’re looking for experienced Data Scientists / ML Scientists with strong hands‑on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems in production environments. This is not a research‑only role — we need candidates who have shipped real‑world AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Agentic AI
• Building and deploying LLM‑powered systems into production
• AI agents, orchestration, multi‑step reasoning, and tool usage
• RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
• Experience working on SaaS or B2B AI products
• Strong product mindset with ownership mentality
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, scaling environments
• Ability to clearly explain deployed Agentic AI solutions in detail
