Rural Property Solicitor | Newcastle upon Tyne 5+ PQE – Associate/Senior Solicitor

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Rural Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial law firm in Newcastle City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing team acting for a diverse range of rural, agricultural and landed estate clients across a broad spectrum of rural property matters.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage their own varied caseload of rural property matters
  • Advise on the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural property
  • Handle refinancing matters relating to farms and agricultural land
  • Advise on farm business tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and easements
  • Work closely with an experienced rural property partner on complex matters
  • Play an active role in business development and networking initiatives

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with experience in agricultural/rural property matters
  • Have experience handling property transactions involving rural or agricultural land
  • Be confident managing their own caseload independently
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be commercially minded with a genuine interest in business development
  • Ideally have an existing network of contacts or introducers
