Role Overview
Senior hire to own the commercial strategy for Loyalty, covering membership, rewards and CRM, at scale. This is a role with real ownership, focused on driving revenue and repeat behaviour, not just engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a membership and rewards programme at scale.
- Clear link to revenue, not just marketing metrics.
- Leadership that backs product-led, commercial thinking and fast execution.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in CRM / loyalty / growth in retail or high-frequency e-commerce.
- Track record of building or scaling a membership / rewards programme and driving retention, frequency and CLV.
- Hands-on experience with reward mechanics (points, cashback, tiers, offers), plus segmentation and personalisation tied to revenue.
- Comfortable working closely with product/tech in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment, shipping and iterating quickly.
