Yard Sale Pizza is searching for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to join our amazing team. We offer a competitive base salary of up to £34,000 per annum, with a generous bonus and excellent benefits. Salary range: £31,000–£37,000 annually; on‑target earnings (OTE) £37,000.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the shop during peak, busy shifts
- Run your own shifts in the General Manager’s absence
- Keep the team motivated and bring great energy to each and every shift
- Manage customer expectations, always going above and beyond
- Assist with weekly reports, shop orders and team appraisals and development
Qualifications
- At least one year’s experience as a Deputy Manager, ideally within a fast‑paced, casual dining setting
- Great knowledge of both food hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Enthusiastic team leader and motivator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a takeaway setting is advantageous
- Ambitious individual who would love to progress to a General Manager in the near future
