- Manage and develop a portfolio of 195 live buying sites (LBS)
- Deliver consistent sales growth by expanding business within existing customer accounts
- Conduct detailed sales and category analysis to identify gaps in customer purchasing behaviour
- Increase product penetration by introducing and selling into categories not currently purchased by each site
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, targeting sites not currently purchasing
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer sites
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer
- Monitor performance against sales targets and implement corrective actions where required
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in sales or account management (FMCG or food & drink preferred)
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in both account growth and new business acquisition
- Experience in a matrix or multi-functional sales environment (desirable)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially astute and results-driven
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
