Engagement Manager – CPM / EPM tech

Location: UK / remote with travel to client site

SystemsAccountants is supporting a growing OneStream partner as they look to hire an Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of finance transformation projects. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, driving delivery excellence, shaping how programmes are run and is passionate about how CPM / EPM can truly transform and benefit an organisation.

The Role

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of OneStream and wider finance transformation engagements, ensuring projects run smoothly from design through to deployment
• Oversee project governance including planning, financials, resourcing, risks, issues, and change control
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clarity throughout delivery
• Embed consistent ways of working across engagements, contributing to the consultancy’s delivery framework and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure methodologies, tools, and best practices are applied effectively
• Provide clear, structured reporting on project status, decisions, and risks
• Support commercial activity including shaping proposals, contributing to RFPs, and identifying opportunities for account growth
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop capability across the practice

What You’ll Bring

• Hands‑on experience delivering CPM / EPM and finance transformation implementations
• Strong project management skills with experience applying structured delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working at senior finance levels
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset – someone who enjoys improving processes, shaping ways of working, and contributing to the wider business

CPM / EPM Background:

Experience with OneStream is ideal, but candidates with backgrounds in Anaplan, SAP BPC/SAC, HFM / Hyperion, Oracle FCCS/PBCS, Tagetik, Board, or similar platforms are also encouraged to apply.
