Opportunity

Adobe’s Firefly Enterprise Solutions are redefining how enterprises think about AI-enabled content creation at scale – rooted in brand integrity, commercial safety and governance, and purpose-built to fit enterprise needs. As a Senior Solution Consultant on the Firefly Enterprise Solutions team in EMEA, you will be the creative and technical heart of our pre‑sales motion – the person who bridges customer challenges and Adobe’s GenAI capabilities with clarity, craft, and conviction.

What You’ll Do

Customer‑Centric Solution Consulting

  • Lead customer workshops, workflow assessments, and discovery sessions to surface critical business challenges and identify high‑impact opportunities for GenAI‑powered transformation across content production and marketing workflows.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, value‑based product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts that bring Adobe Firefly Enterprise capabilities to life – tailored to each customer’s objectives, workflows, and stakeholder audience.
  • Translate customer needs into concrete Adobe solutions involving Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud, AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, APIs, and creative automation – articulating the value of complex technical concepts clearly to audiences from practitioners to C‑level.
  • Support architecture design discussions and solution specifications in close partnership with Solution Architects, ensuring a coherent technical narrative and a seamless handover into implementation.

Scalable Impact & Advocacy

  • Collaborate across sales, product teams, and forward‑deployed engineering to set the strategy and vision for GenAI opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer back into Adobe.
  • Partner with Value Consultants and Solution Architects to ensure every engagement tells a consistent, end‑to‑end story from business case through to technical solution fit.
  • Champion the use of AI in your own consulting practice – using generative AI tools to build better demos, prepare faster, and engage customers with greater depth and creativity.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Alignment

  • Stay at the leading edge of content production trends, Martech/Adtech ecosystems, and the evolving AI landscape, synthesizing insights that strengthen Adobe’s positioning in EMEA markets.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to the product ecosystem to ensure Adobe’s roadmap and messaging reflect the realities of enterprise creative workflows.
  • Represent Adobe as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements that elevate Adobe’s voice and credibility in the EMEA market.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or demonstrable equivalent experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or the field of creative & marketing content.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre‑sales or solution selling environment, with a proven track record of success across complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and content production workflows in large enterprises, familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, GenStudio, or comparable GenAI platforms being a strong advantage.
  • Experience with solutions involving generative AI, APIs, and automation technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value narratives for non‑technical audiences up to C‑level, using design thinking and customer‑centric methodologies to surface areas of impact.
  • Both hands‑on experience with AI tools and genuine curiosity about the implications of GenAI for enterprise content operations and brand workflows at scale.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace in a fast‑evolving environment, with the mindset of an enabler who raises the capability of the teams and customers around them.
  • Fluent in English, preferably fluent in 1–2 more European languages (French, Italian, Spanish preferred).
