Senior Marketing Manager | FMCG Healthcare – (Hybrid) Bournemouth
We are recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and commercial delivery across a FMCG healthcare portfolio.
This senior role suits an experienced marketer who combines strong strategic thinking with commercial insight, and who thrives in regulated, fast‑paced environments.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Lead P&L, budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
- Develop brand and trade marketing plans with account and sales teams
- Partner with agencies to deliver impactful advertising and PR
- Drive growth through category analysis, insight and NPD influence
- Lead client reviews and senior stakeholder engagement
- Manage and develop direct reports
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years’ marketing experience, ideally FMCG or consumer healthcare
- Experience in OTC, Health & Beauty, licensed medicines or regulated markets
- Strong understanding of P&L, ROI, promotions and stock management
- Confident influencer with excellent communication skills
- Advanced planning, prioritisation and organisational capability
