An award-winning independent media agency are seeking an experienced Account Director to join their integrated planning team. This is a senior client leadership role focused on delivering strategic, cross-channel media campaigns for a range of well-known brands.
As Account Director you will lead integrated media planning activity across several client accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically strong, commercially effective and delivered to a high standard. Alongside this you will be managing key stakeholder relationships and supporting junior team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead best-in-class integrated media planning across several key accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Support measurement frameworks and performance analysis
- Present campaign strategies, rationale and performance updates clearly and confidently
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive account growth
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Coordinate internal teams effectively across planning and activation
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments
Your profile:
- 5+ years’ experience within a media agency environment
- Strong client Leadership & Planning experience
- Excellent understanding of both digital and offline media channels
- Experience managing client relationships independently
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Confident presenter with strong written communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
