The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance is a leader who conducts reviews of engagements to evaluate key touchpoints across the client journey, assess compliance with Firm governance, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the client experience and minimise risk.

  • Contribute to a positive team member experience.

Client:

  • Utilises in-depth knowledge of Firm and practice-specific governance and Quality Assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews.
  • Evaluates client service issues and provides recommendations to ensure clear and consistent standards across the client journey.
  • Reports findings and actionable recommendations to the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
  • Builds strong relationships with leadership and team members and becomes one of their trusted advisors.
  • Partners and collaborates with practices to recommend enhancements that drive and support a consistent client experience that delivers on the Ryan brand promise.
  • Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and six to eight years of tax services experience required.
  • Three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word and Internet navigation and research.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
