The Opportunity

FOCO is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our Account Managers and Sales Operations team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, customer accounts are maintained, and communication flows smoothly between customers, suppliers, production, logistics, and internal teams. You will help support the full sales administration process from order entry through delivery coordination, while contributing to excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in sports, football, entertainment merchandise, and sales operations.

What You’ll Do

Order Management

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and ensure all orders are entered into the system correctly
  • Maintain customer order portfolios, including updates and amendments to orders within the system
  • Advise customers promptly of any changes to their orders, including stock availability, delays, substitutions, or adjustments
  • Ensure all customer sales orders are linked to relevant purchase orders within the system and updated as needed
