Pro-Force are seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join the team. Pro-Force work with some of the most prestigious companies in the country, tailoring recruitment services to client’s needs and finding work for thousands of people all across the UK, EU and the globe and are a leading provider of the Seasonal Worker Scheme.

THE ROLE
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
- Plan and allocate labour to meet daily, weekly, and peak client requirements.
- Manage shift bookings, attendance and last-minute staffing changes.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support Associates with their issues.
- Monitor labour levels and help reduce shortages, overstaffing, and client disruption.
- Work to targets around fill rates, retention, attendance, and service levels.
This list is not exhaustive, you may be tasked with different responsibilities based on the evolving needs and objectives of the business.
REQUIRED
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, labour planning, or a similar role would be preferable however not essential.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT literate, including MS Office.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Ability to speak another language such as Russian or Romanian, is an advantage.
