Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Electrician based in Dunfermline, flexibility for remote working required. The Electrician will be responsible for performing installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for process control equipment, environmental monitoring devices, and packaging machinery. Daily tasks include troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting inspections, working with other engineers, and ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment. The role requires a strong focus on safety, adherence to industry regulations, and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Electricity and Electrical Work 18th Addtion and
City & Guilds (C&G) 2391-52 with QS experince.
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with process control or packaging equipment is a plus
