THE ROLE
- We’re looking for a creative designer who understands what stops the scroll and knows how to make ads that actually convert.
- You’ll work closely with our creative strategists to bring static concepts to life, primarily on Meta.
- If you hate generic corporate ads, move fast, and let performance data drive your decisions, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design high-performing static ad creatives for Meta
- Work closely with creative strategists and copywriters to execute concepts
- Take raw assets and UGC and turn them into scroll-stopping ads
- Iterate quickly based on performance data
- Stay on top of trends, hooks, and visual formats that are working
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio of high-converting ad creatives for Meta
- Understanding of ad formatting, sizing, and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- A passion for pushing creative boundaries and making ads that stand out.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively without sacrificing quality.
