London – Hybrid
£75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Travel allowance + market leading benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly recognisable international group with a portfolio of household-name brands operating across multiple markets.
This is a high-profile Group FP&A role sitting at the centre of a large, complex business, partnering with senior leadership to drive planning, insight, and strategic decision-making at Group level.
The business is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional with strong Financial Planning & Analysis experience gained within a large corporate environment, ideally a Plc, listed business, or globally recognised brand.
The Role
Working within Group FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting board-level planning cycles, delivering insightful analysis, and helping shape strategic decision-making across the organisation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for executive audiences.
This role offers significant exposure, variety, and the opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis and board-level insight
- Produce clear and engaging presentations for senior leadership
- Partner with multiple business units and central functions across the group
- Analyse group submissions and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support strategic decision-making through commercial and financial modelling
- Simplify complex data into concise narratives for senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior analysts within the wider FP&A team
- Drive continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong FP&A and financial planning experience within a large, complex organisation
- Experience operating within a Plc, listed company, or global brand environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to present confidently to senior and demanding audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
- High attention to detail combined with intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work at pace and operate with autonomy
Preferred Background
The following experience would be advantageous:
- Group FP&A or Divisional FP&A looking to move into Group
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidates
- Strong academics is a must
- Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG, or other large-scale corporate environments
- Candidates making a second move following qualifying in practice into industry are also encouraged to apply
