We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology business looking to hire a Workday Finance Systems Manager to support the continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of their Workday systems landscape following post-acquisition activity.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where finance, technology, and operations intersect. The role sits within a global finance function and reports directly into senior finance leadership, with broad exposure across multiple business areas.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the finance systems landscape, with a particular focus on Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, helping to shape and improve the future-state environment as the business continues to scale.
The company is currently evolving following significant M&A activity, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning systems, ambiguity, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support and enhance the Workday Financials environment
- Partner with finance and technology stakeholders across the business
- Support systems integration and transformation initiatives
- Drive process improvement, automation, and optimisation projects
- Manage and support a small team
- Contribute to roadmap planning across finance systems
What we need from you
- Strong experience of owning and configuring Workday Financials (Essential)
- Workday Financials certification preferred
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is highly beneficial
- Qualified Accountant preferred
- Comfortable working in evolving or “build phase” environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Pragmatic, collaborative, and adaptable personality
