Kaidon is building the recruitment technology platform teams have been waiting for. An AI-powered candidate matching, automated sourcing, end-to-end compliance, and a candidate experience that actually works. We’re past idea stage. We have product and active clients.
This is the first hire reporting directly to the MD. You’ll join with a real client base already in place. This isn’t starting from zero, but you’ll be expected to continue to grow the client base.
This is a transitional role with two distinct commercial phases:
- Phase 1: Own the recruitment services arm; run a 360 desk, build the client base, take part in defining how we go to market
- Phase 2: As our platform launches later this year, evolve into Recruitment as a Service; a forward-deployed recruiter embedded within the client, selling outcomes not software
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Recruitment Delivery
- Run a 360 recruitment desk.
- Own handed-over clients from day one
- Hunt new business using your network and our BD tools (Apollo, Loxo, or your choice)
- Deliver a quality candidate experience using the Kaidon platform.
- Manage the full process: briefing, sourcing, offer, background checks, post-placement care
Commercial Strategy
- Be part of defining our go-to-market planning.
- Feed real-world market intelligence into our product
- Build repeatable outreach and sales processes
- As the book grows, take on responsibility for a sales team; this is the path to Head of Sales
Recruitment as a Service (Platform Phase)
- Transition to selling RaaS. The platform + forward-deployed recruiter within the client
- Convert existing clients into RaaS clients, deepening relationships and building recurring revenue
- Be part of the the GTM for the platform phase
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
- 3+ years in a 360 recruitment role; full desk experience
- Proven track record of new business development; you open doors, not just maintain warm books
- Experience placing into mid-market or enterprise
Skills & Attributes
- Hunter mentality; you enjoy BD as much as delivery
- Commercially sharp; you can structure conversations and close naturally
- Self-sufficient; you build processes, not follow them
- Ambitious, you want to run a commercial function, not just hit a number
