What is the role of a Sales & Events Manager: Effectively execute pre-booked strategy. Deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets. Drive additional business via outbound activity. Manage Collins, Atreemo & Tonic systems. Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required. Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website & listings). Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business. Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication. Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year. Recruit, train and develop sales & events coordinator (where applicable). Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone. Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings What Skills would we like you to have? Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
