- Job Title: NOC Engineer – Shift Lead
- Salary: up to 48k pa DOE (up to 37k pa base with 30% shift allowance)
- Location: Belfast
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

- Leading and coordinating daily shift activities
- Monitoring networks and responding to alerts
- Managing incidents, escalations, and service restoration
- Supporting engineers with technical troubleshooting
- Ensuring accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance
- Driving process improvements and operational standards
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience leading technical support, NOC, or service desk teams
- Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
- Background in network operations or IT support environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working within ITIL/SLA-driven environments
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operation
