Strong commercial software engineering experience in production environments• Experience building full stack applications, particularly backend heavy systems• Solid engineering fundamentals that translate across tools and languages• The current stack is centred around Python, React, and AWS, though the team care far more about strong engineering capability and product thinking than ticking every box technically.
