This is a QMS-focused Quality Manager position where you will take ownership of the company’s quality systems, standards and continuous improvement activities. You will play a key role in driving quality performance across the organisation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements while supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.
The role would suit a hands-on Quality Manager with strong experience in manufacturing or engineering environments who enjoys improving systems, developing processes and influencing operational excellence.
Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities Work closely with customers and suppliers on quality matters Monitor KPIs and quality performance metrics Support operational teams to improve quality standards and efficiencies
To be successful in this Quality Manager job, you will ideally have: Experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer within manufacturing or engineering Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) The ability to influence quality culture across the business
