Assistant Package Manager Location: Old Oak Common, London Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking an Assistant Package Manager to play an important role in delivering complex structural and station envelope works within a supportive and safety‑focused team. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will help coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and contribute to high‑quality project delivery. Responsibilities

Support delivery of assigned work packages, ensuring activities align with project goals Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners effectively Assist with planning activities, short‑term schedules, and progress tracking Monitor health, safety, and quality standards across site operations Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to maintain project flow Identify challenges early, contributing to practical and timely solutions Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and team members Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient ways of working Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring reliability and attention to detail

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Understanding of construction processes, gained through study or early career experience Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Collaborative approach, with confidence working across teams Problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to think practically on site Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery CSCS card, with SSSTS or SMSTS as an advantage Interest in infrastructure, structures, or station envelope works Familiarity with project tools, contracts, or construction systems is beneficial
