Systems Integration Engineers (x3) – Long-Term Contract On-site – West Sussex Long-term temporary assignment (via Hays)
We are currently recruiting for three experienced Systems Integration Engineers to join a high-performing Total Vehicle Validation & Integration team supporting programmes for a prestigious, ultra-luxury automotive manufacturer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of low-volume, high-complexity vehicles, where quality, craftsmanship and engineering precision are critical.
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicle systems are fully validated, production-ready, and meet exacting standards. Working at the interface of engineering and manufacturing, you will help ensure seamless integration into a bespoke, highly refined production environment.
Ensure all product variants are buildable and production-capable Assess system performance including fit, function, quality and customer-relevant characteristics Analyse and resolve integration and production issues using structured problem-solving tools Carry out tolerance and feasibility analysis to support product and process optimisation Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and drive effective resolution Ensure alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing capability Contribute to planning, reporting, and programme delivery Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment, supported by a degree, HND or equivalent experience Opportunity to support a globally recognised luxury automotive brand Work within a precision-led, craftsmanship-driven production environment Long-term contract offering stability and exposure across key programme phases Be part of delivering vehicles with uncompromised quality and attention to detail If you’re an experienced integration or validation engineer looking to work within a premium automotive setting, apply now or contact Hays for more information….
