Salary & Contract~£37,115.94 – £41,569.85 (DOE)~ Permanent, 37 hours p/w~08:00–16:30, Mon–Fri~ On‑call 1 in 5 weeks (overtime/TOIL available)

What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations Managing a mix of planned, reactive, statutory, and mandatory tasks Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safe systems of work Using IT systems and manual records to complete accurate documentation Working closely with colleagues and site contacts to deliver a seamless service

What We’re Looking For A proactive, solutions-focused engineer Strong experience in commercial electrical maintenance Confident using IT systems and mobile devices A clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
Essential: Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3) BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing) Full UK Driving Licence
