Test Technician – RF / Electronics – £20/hr (Inside IR35) – Onsite (Maidenhead) We’re looking for a Test Technician to support the production of high-performance RF and communications equipment within a hands-on manufacturing environment.
This role involves testing, fault-finding, and assembly work, ensuring products meet quality and technical standards across the production lifecycle. You’ll be working closely with the production team in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
Skills & Experience:
Essential: Experience in electronics testing, fault finding, or assembly Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics Understanding of electrical principles (RF knowledge beneficial) Comfortable using test equipment and production software Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Desirable: Experience within RF, telecommunications, or similar industries Exposure to ATE testing or module programming Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
