This is a high-impact operational leadership role, overseeing responsive repairs, damp and mould programmes, and a large field-based workforce. You will be the driving force behind service quality, compliance and a culture of continuous improvement.

- Proven leadership of repairs, maintenance or operations, ideally within housing
- Track record of driving KPI performance and top-quartile customer satisfaction
- Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM and compliance requirements
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating and reporting at Board level
- Financially astute with budget management experience at scale
