The company specialises in developing advanced electronic and embedded solutions for industries including automotive, industrial automation, and smart technologies. They have a strong pipeline of projects and are continuing to invest heavily in their engineering capability as they scale.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of engineers and will play a key role in developing embedded software for a range of products. The position is hands-on, with a strong focus on C/C++ development, working closely with hardware teams to design, build, and optimise embedded systems.
The role will involve working across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage development and prototyping through to testing and production. The office is based in Crawley and they are looking for someone to be onsite 3 days a week. Experience developing firmware for embedded systems in C++/C. Understanding of memory management, timing constraints, and performance optimisation in embedded environments. Experience writing low-level drivers or interfacing directly with hardware components. Exposure to embedded testing methodologies and validation processes. Strong debugging skills across both software and hardware layers. Experience within automotive, industrial, or IoT environments.
