This requirement is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.This is an ideal role for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and values building meaningful relationships with the person they care for.A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.You must also have full right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship.What You’ll Be DoingProvide live-in support for one client in their own home who is living with cerebral palsy.Assist with personal care, medication prompts, meals, mobility, and daily routinesCarry out light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and errandsOffer companionship, emotional support, and encouragementSupport the client in attending appointments and enjoying hobbiesFollow a personalised care plan and communicate regularly with the office teamWhat You’ll Receive£150 per day plus a food allowanceOngoing placement with one client for stability and continuityPaid induction and accredited ongoing trainingMileage allowance for travel during careHoliday pay and pension scheme24/7 on-call support and wellbeing resourcesAccess to lifestyle discounts and company eventsA professional and supportive team cultureQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForA care professional comfortable providing personal care to a male clientFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleMust have full right to work in the UK – no sponsorship availableA kind, respectful and dependable individualExcellent communication skills and a desire to support othersExperience is welcome but not essential – we provide full trainingAdditional Information…
