Senior role driving the conversations and planning to support SL transformation Not a project manager comes from management consulting prepares material for senior execs inc data imperatives plan approach etc thus need to have relevant domain experience strong communication and storytelling and ability to prepare high level plans taking it through governance structure and reporting the progress.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage largescale data programmes Data Lake Data Warehouse Analytics AIML aligned to insurance business objectives
  • Oversee delivery of multi project portfolios across policy claims underwriting and customer data domains
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into data solutions
  • Drive data governance quality and compliance eg IRDAI Solvency II GDPR
  • Manage programme budgets timelines risks and dependencies
  • Ensure integration of core insurance platforms Guidewire Duck Creek etc with data and analytics ecosystems
  • Lead Cross functional teams including Data Engineers architects and analysts

Required Skills Experience:

  • 10 years of programme project management experience with strong focus on data initiatives
  • Proven experience in the insurance domain policy claims underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms ETLELT and analytics tools Power BI Tableau
  • Experience with Agile Safe delivery models
