Role Overview: Responsible for ZWSOFT subsidiary company CHAM UK company day-to-day finance, HR, office operations and Group reporting support of the UK company, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely handling of all related matters.

Position Title: Finance & Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Tax Administration: Handle daily finance operations including invoice processing, expense reimbursement, payment support, bank reconciliation, and document filing. Assist with UK tax, VAT, payroll, annual accounts, and audit-related matters.
  • HR Administration: Support daily HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll, attendance, leave, recruiting, and benefits administration in compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, coordinate meetings, manage suppliers, landlords, utilities, and ensure smooth daily office functioning. Maintain key company documents including finance, tax, and banking records.
  • Group Reporting & Compliance: Provide timely updates to headquarters on finance, HR, tax, banking, and compliance matters. Assist with basic compliance tasks including Companies House, HMRC, and other regulatory filings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance administration, office management, HR administration, or company administration, preferably with finance experience.
  • Familiar with UK finance, tax, HR, and office administration processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Sage accounting software is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
