We’re supporting a leading organisation within the UK defence sector, delivering mission-critical programmes. They’re looking for an HR Advisor on an 18-month temporary contract to join their team in Belfast during a key period of transformation.
The Role
A true generalist position, supporting across HRBP, Resourcing, Reward and Learning — with a strong focus on driving consistency, improving processes, and using data to shape decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Managing and advising on ER cases (disciplinary & grievance)
- Supporting HR initiatives and campaigns
- Using data and analytics to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Supporting recruitment and talent management activity
- Identifying risks and supporting HRBPs with insight-led recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes & ER case management
- Confident working with data / Excel / reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- HR qualification (CIPD 7 desirable)
- Eligible for security clearance
