Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience

This is a senior-level role for someone with previous event agency experience. We are looking for a confident, experienced planner who can hit the ground running and understands the delivery of high-level, premium events.

As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, organised and experienced Event Planner with enough experience to organise & plan large scale events at ease.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Event Planner to join our team early this year. We are being very specific that candidates must have prior experience working on large scale events, organising high-end events and working with multiple accounts.

You will take ownership of large events, delivering a full calendar of events throughout the year. These will include:

  • Conferences
  • C-suite level ski trips
  • Client roof top summer parties
  • Client Christmas parties
  • Internal company offsites
  • Children’s Christmas parties
  • C-suite level summer trips

This role requires someone confident in managing complex events independently, with a strong understanding of production, budgets, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for company offsites, conferences, summer parties, ski trips, summer trips and unique experiences.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Supervise event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Happy to travel to luxury destinations & cities across Europe & America.
  • Conduct post-event reconciliation of budgets and client feedback.
  • Overseeing production, suppliers and entertainment.
  • Support junior staff or event assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, with a proven track record of managing complex events.
  • Previous experience working within an event agency
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A well-established network of trusted suppliers.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering large-scale accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Xero, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, Excel, Splash, Canva).
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required. We offer overtime on all event jobs and days in lieu.

Desirable:

  • Experience with ski resorts and mountain destinations (skiing ability is a bonus)
  • Confident using Google Sheets, Canva, Xero, and Pleo
  • Strong written English and proofreading skills
