Job Description:Significant experience managing a full residential property caseload from start to finish Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in conveyancing (no need to be CLC, ILEX or Solicitor-qualified) Excellent working knowledge of: Sales & purchases (freehold & leasehold) Remortgages Shared ownership & lease variations Strong communication and client-handling skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to support and mentor junior team members Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters Draft contracts, raise and respond to enquiries, conduct title checks, and manage completions Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties Ensure all legal documents and processes comply with current regulations Submit Land Registry applications and deal with post-completion tasks Provide supervision and guidance to assistants or junior conveyancers Occasionally provide cover at other office locations as needed Support departmental growth and maintain high client care standards Salary: £33,000 – £50,000 DOE Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for future progression Hybrid working arrangements available (subject to office location) Full administrative and compliance support A role with real responsibility and impact within a growing conveyancing team
