Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Development leader, based in London, UK, with partial flexibility for remote work.  Principally, the role will be responsible for appraisal of schemes, working with others to optimise design and delivery strategies and providing development leadership during delivery through to completion. As mentioned above, the right person will also be able to contribute significantly to the culture of the new company to establish the right foundations for its growth in the near term. 

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least five years’ experience in a suitable role (urban development, partnerships business model)
  • Demonstrable track record of providing excellent service to partners and clients
  • Robust understanding of design and town planning sufficient to be able contribute to site optimisation exercises and lead DTMs
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in financial modelling
  • Experienced in line management and training and development of others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Sales skills, including relationship management and negotiation capabilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Degree qualified
