Role Overview
We are hiring 2 Waiters (Freelancer) to deliver elevated service at the Bottega Veneta Boutique Opening at Heathrow Airport. This is a short, high-end assignment ideal for experienced hospitality professionals confident in luxury retail environments and one-to-one client service
Event Details
- Brand: Bottega Veneta
- Location: Heathrow Airport, London
- Dates and Schedule: Thursday 4 June 2026 — Event day (12:00–18:00)
- Total hours per staff member: 6 hours on-site + 2 hours travel time (8 hours paid)
- Compensation: 24 EUR/hour (gross), travel time paid at the same rate
- Total invoiced: 192€/event
- Dress Code: Black shirt, black tie, suit trousers, smart black shoes
Responsibilities:
- Providing elevated waiter service during one-to-one client appointments
- Serving drinks (champagne) to approximately 50 guests
- Ensuring smooth service flow and guest comfort throughout the event
- Maintaining a polished and discreet presence in a luxury retail setting
Profile Requirements:
- Hold the Freelancing status (you are able to issue an invoice for your services)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury retail or high-end hospitality
- Comfortable serving high-end clientele with discretion and professionalism
- Polished presentation and impeccable grooming
- Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
