You will be selling to UK households a product stack of repeat home based products & services.

We operate within a regulated UK environment, with clear processes, structured systems and ongoing support for individuals joining the team.

Role Description

This is a flexible, remote customer-facing role supporting households across the UK.

The position involves speaking with UK residential customers and helping them explore & understand options to reduce their monthly costs.

This is consultative & relationship selling that builds log term customer retention & future new business referrals

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with households in a professional and consultative manner
  • Reviewing existing energy, broadband and mobile arrangements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve value and reduce costs
  • Supporting customers through a straightforward switching process
  • Maintaining a high standard of service and customer care
  • You will operate within a structured framework, following clear guidelines and supported processes.

Working Pattern

  • Remote-based role (UK only)
  • Flexible hours (full-time or part-time)
  • Suitable for individuals balancing other commitments such as care, family, secondary

Earnings

  • This is a performance & competence based role, where earnings are directly linked to your customer engagement activity.
  • Our existing colleagues typically earn in the range of £500 to £10,000 per month

Commission-based income structure

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with a range of individuals

  • Laptop and Smart Phone
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, field sales or telesales is helpful but not essential.
