CRM Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Next).

Hybrid. 2/3 days a week with the wider 50 person marketing team and creative digital studio in the Leeds office.

This is a corporation with a with a US turnover of 22 billion and a European turnover of 9 billion.

However, this is no legacy business, nor corporate culture environment. The marketing team is more marketing agency culture, but client-side – best of both worlds.

This European wide, 2500 person company is enterprise, modern business environment, with product areas in next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, and much more.

11 business brand areas in the company operating throughout Europe.

If you’re looking for the client-side move but a marketing agency culture, this CRM Manager role is the advantages and brilliance of both.

CRM Manager role:

You may not have had the opportunity to work with the ‘Next’ as yet, they are pioneering with this, possibly even the first enterprise level company to implement.

However, you will need to be experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and with owning the CRM function, driving measurable commercial impact through personalised marketing campaigns and engagement journeys across a brand portfolio.

Working with the Head of CRM and Marketing Leads across different business brands in the business, you be rolling out across UK & EU markets while aligning CRM best practice with US colleagues.

The CRM Manager will support product brands with B2B email campaigns, journeys, dynamic content and automated programmes.

Conduct regular A/B testing across subject lines, content, send times, and journey logic, translating results into continuous improvement.

Manage audience data, list hygiene and subscriber management.

Champion AI exploration.

You’ll also need to be an analytical thinker, producing regular performance reports, providing clear insight into marketing performance and channel contribution to commercial targets.

Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a B2B environment, have familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud) and how CRM data connects to marketing execution and have knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic content personalisation.
