KGC Talent is a privately owned boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in premium fashion and lifestyle brands. We work with some of the most exciting and respected brands in the market, connecting exceptional talent with businesses that share our passion for this industry. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded consultant to join our team, proven experience recruiting & with contacts (clients and candidates) in this niche area is essential. We are seeking someone autonomous who hits their billing/sales targets monthly and who can confidently business develop to maintain pipeline business.
The Role
This is a position that will work across a portfolio of premium fashion, non-fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, grow client relationships, and bring genuine market knowledge and enthusiasm to everything you do. You will have a talent for selecting superstar candidates to fill clients’ positions. When client or team meetings require it, you will be expected to travel into London, so proximity to the city is essential. Most of your work is otherwise conducted remotely.
Responsible for
- Managing end to end recruitment across permanent and/or contract assignments across premium fashion and lifestyle clients.
- Majority of roles will be head office positions, from Manager through to executive level, across all head office areas. We do work on some store and area roles/country roles for clients, yet the majority of our business is head office.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the premium fashion, lifestyle and consumer space.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities consistently and proactively maintaining and generating a strong and active pipeline of new business for your desk.
- Representing KGC Talent with professionalism, solutions focus and warmth in every interaction
- Keeping close to market trends, movements and news across fashion, beauty and lifestyle
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of two years recruitment consultant experience
- A strong and demonstrable billing track record of sales and business development
- Genuine passion for the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sector
- Real working knowledge of the market – I.e only apply if you have worked as a recruitment consultant in this niche area.
- Entrepreneurial and naturally driven, with the commercial drive to build something meaningful
- University education is a bonus, yet not essential is you are proven!
- Self-motivated, organised and confident working remotely whilst staying closely connected to colleagues, clients and candidates.
- Based within one hour of London for client and team meetings as required
- You must have right to live and work in the UK
