Initial 4-month contract with strong likelihood of extension

Remote – Swindon, with occasional onsite attendance for meetings across UK locations as required

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support a large enterprise Workday environment within a highly regulated organisation.

This role will focus heavily on:

• Workday Recruiting
• Reporting & dashboards
• HCM configuration
• BAU support & enhancements
• Business process optimisation

Key Skills Required

• Strong Workday HCM experience
• Expertise in Workday Recruiting
• Workday reporting/dashboard development
• Experience supporting Workday releases and BAU activities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Workday certification

Nice to Have

• Prism Analytics
• Security or Integrations exposure
• Public sector or complex organisational experience
