I’m delighted to be supporting a high-profile, global organisation with the appointment of a senior sourcing manager to lead strategic facilities management procurement activity across a complex, highly regulated environment.
This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at senior stakeholder level whilst remaining close to the commercial detail.
The role will focus primarily on front-end procurement and strategic sourcing activity across a broad FM portfolio, leading complex sourcing exercises, commercial negotiations and procurement strategy development.
The team operates within a collaborative, modern environment where procurement works closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas to support wider commercial and operational objectives.
The role would suit someone with experience across areas such as:
• Hard and soft FM
• Workplace services
• Corporate services procurement
• Property/operational services
• Outsourced service environments
Strong stakeholder management, governance and commercial capability are all key, alongside the ability to navigate a large, matrix-style organisation.
In return, they are offering an excellent overall package alongside genuinely flexible working arrangements, typically onsite around two days per week.
