Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Solo & Team Override Commission

(Expected Year 1 OTE: £55,000 – £60,000+)

1. The Mission (Your “Why”)

We are not looking for a corporate administrator or an HR manager. We are looking for a strong-minded, high-conviction Sales Leader to own the commercial growth of our wholesale distribution and pharmacy divisions.

FACES supplies pharmaceuticals, medical-grade skincare, aesthetics, and beauty products directly to clinics and businesses across the UK. We have an unceasing flow of inbound data, an international remote sales engine (including an outbound team in South Africa), and a local presence. Your mission is to step in, establish a relentless “sales first” culture, build the operational plumbing, close deals yourself, and breed a high-performance environment that scales.

2. Core Responsibilities

Build & Breed the Culture: Establish an elite sales culture across both our local office in Stafford and our remote international teams. No excuses, high volume, high reward.

Systems & Infrastructure Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize our sales operations. You will define how leads are distributed, how pipelines are tracked via our CRM (GoHighLevel), and how accounts are structured to maximize lifetime value.

Recruit, Train, & Scale: Take ownership of building your own team. You will recruit hungry sales specialists, build cold-calling scripts, run daily pitch training, and actively upskill your team to convert cold data and maximize warm inbound leads.

Solo Execution & Account Closing: Lead from the front lines. You will actively pick up the phone, target cold healthcare/clinic networks, close high-value warm inbound accounts, and manage key client relationships yourself.

P&L and Performance Accountability: Manage performance data meticulously. You must hold daily and weekly KPI reviews, ensuring both local and remote operators maintain baseline outbound activities and closing metrics.

3. The “Ideal Profile” (Who You Are)

A Strong-Minded Operator: You have a dominant sales direction. You do not wait to be told what to do; you look at the data, build a plan, and execute it with absolute confidence.

Systems Thinker: You know that a sales team is only as good as the infrastructure supporting them. You can map out a workflow, build a sequence, and track a pipeline analytically.

The Conductor-Trainer: You are a natural coach who genuinely enjoys running pitch practices, refining scripts, and driving energy into a sales floor or a virtual Slack room.

Industry Familiarity (Highly Favourable): Direct experience inside Pharmaceutical Sales, Aesthetic Distribution, Beauty Wholesale, or Telehealth Infrastructure is highly preferred and will fast-track your application.

4. Requirements

Proven B2B Sales Leadership: At least 3–5 years of closing experience in a high-velocity B2B sales environment with a tracking record of managing both on-site and remote international teams.

The “Hands-Dirty” Mindset: A background that proves you can build scripts, design CRM workflows, hire talent, and close accounts simultaneously.

Local to Stafford: Ability to maintain a dominant, consistent physical presence at our Stafford Headquarters while seamlessly coordinating across international time zones.

5. Compensation & Perks

£45,000 – £50,000 Base Salary (Depending on verified past performance).
