A fast-growing wellness and eCommerce brand is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys broad ownership across digital marketing, eCommerce performance, customer acquisition, retention and brand growth within an ambitious founder-led business.
The company has experienced strong year-on-year growth, with eCommerce as the core commercial channel, and is now looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach across marketing performance and customer journeys.
Key areas of focus include:
- Driving eCommerce growth and website performance
- Improving customer acquisition, retention and subscription growth
- Managing CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Optimising website conversion and user journeys
- Working closely with paid media, SEO and digital channels
- Using AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and insight
- Supporting brand growth, content and customer engagement
- Collaborating closely with founders and wider commercial teams

Ideal background:
- Strong experience within DTC, eCommerce or wellness brands
- Commercially focused marketer who understands ROI and growth metrics
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
- Experience across Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention
- Interested in AI-driven marketing and automation
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and building processes within a growing business
