The Marketing Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timelines, approvals and priorities remain aligned across a fast-moving international business.

Role Highlights

– Build and manage cross-channel campaign plans across digital, CRM, content, web and paid media

– Coordinate timelines, dependencies and approvals across multiple simultaneous campaigns

– Maintain visibility of campaign progress using Asana and reporting dashboards

– Work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to prioritise activity and manage resources

– Introduce clearer briefing, planning and workflow processes to improve campaign delivery

You Will Need

– Proven experience managing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns

– Strong understanding of campaign delivery across digital and creative environments

– Previous experience using Asana or similar project management platforms

– Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments

– Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively
