The Opportunity

An established and growing estate agency based in Canary Wharf is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property sector.

Full training will be provided, making this ideal for a recent graduate or someone from a transferable background (e.g. sales, customer service, hospitality).

Key Responsibilities

• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across East London and Romford
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate offers and support deals through to completion
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, motivated, and keen to build a career in property
• Background in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Must be based in or near East London
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
