Who This Is For

You have built a career in construction, building services, fit-out, M and E or specification sales. You have hit your BD numbers consistently. You have either had a taste of running a business unit or sat one seat away from the GM for long enough to know exactly what you would do with the chance. You have been in enough pre-start meetings to know where the money is made and lost. You can hold a technical conversation with engineers and end-users without pretending to be the deepest expert in the room. And you are ready for the step up your current employer is unlikely to give you.

One technical line you need to be able to draw under. You can read a drawing. That is the only hard requirement on the technical side. Everything else is about commercial instinct and supply chain credibility.
